CEA Global Campus - Shanghai. Now Enrolling

Welcome to Shanghai, China's Largest and Most Future-Focused Metropolis.

CEA's eighth and newest Global Campus is based in Shanghai, China's commercial and financial center. Enrolling for Summer and Fall 2010, the CEA Global Campus in Shanghai is hosted at East China Normal University (ECNU), also known as the "Garden University" for its beautiful setting. The Global Campus's relationship with ECNU allows CEA participants to interact with Chinese peers on a daily basis, both inside and outside the classroom.

The Global Campus curriculum has been developed in consultation with leading academics from institutions including California State University at Long Beach, California State University at Fullerton, and Loyola Marymount University. Courses incorporate both high-tech instructional tools and frequent excursions into the local community, and are offered on a U.S.-style academic calendar. Planned offerings include Chinese Language, Business, History, Philosophy, Cultural Studies, and Political Science. With the exception of Chinese Language courses, all classes are taught in English.

The Global Campus also offers exciting opportunities for customized study abroad programming, including the opportunity for U.S. institutions to develop faculty-led or group programs. CEA can help your university establish a presence in Shanghai, offering curricular and co-curricular planning and services. CEA will partner with your institution to provide logistical planning, visa assistance, student housing, academic support, and risk management. Learn more about CEA's Custom Programs.
