CEA Global Education provides college study abroad programs

Voucher- A $1,000 STA travel voucher will be awarded to students who meet the requirements for the Fly Away with CEA Spring 2011 promotion. Recipient is solely responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the voucher, including, without limitation, taxes, transportation, gratuities, transfers, charges for oversized or excess baggage, and travel upgrades or changes. Any passports or other required travel documents associated with traveling outside of the United States are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Eligibility - Applicants must meet CEA eligibility requirements for the program in which they are applying. Recipients will be any person who applies with the promotional code FLY10 between August 2nd, 2010 and September 30th, 2010 for any CEA semester, trimester or quarterprogram in one of the following cities:
CEA reserves the right to make changes to the Fly Away with CEA Spring 2011 promotion including eligible programs and destinations at any time without notice.
Offer is only good while supplies last – only up to the first 440 applicants will be considered. Offer may not be used in conjunction with other CEA promotions, including Multi-Destination programs. Limit: one voucher per person. Students will be emailed the voucher after the following criteria are met:
Applications will be date stamped by CEA at the time of receipt. This date is according to the Pacific Time Zone and the time stamp from CEA's system. CEA's time clock will be the governing time for all applications submitted; however, CEA has the sole discretion as to who is eligible for vouchers and these rulings are final. CEA is not responsible for technical difficulties and shall not be liable for early, late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to submit an application, confirmation, or transcripts.
CEA assumes no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages or injuries resulting from participating in the promotion or accepting, or utilizing a voucher. By accepting, or utilizing the voucher, Recipients agree to release and hold harmless CEA and its employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from and against any and all losses, claims, injuries, causes of action and damages (including, without limitation, direct, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary or punitive damages) arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or the acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of the voucher.
CEA is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by CEA, which reserves the right to substitute the voucher with another voucher of equal or greater value. The approximate retail value of the voucher shall not exceed $1,000 USD.
CEA is not liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to send the voucher to recipients.
Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Official Rules or the Fly Away with CEA Spring 2011 promotion, including, without limitation, the meaning and interpretation of these Official Rules, the administration of the Fly Away with CEA Spring 2011 promotion, the determination of Recipients, the award of a voucher or the rights and obligations of any Recipient and CEA concerning a voucher, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Furthermore, any action or proceeding arising from or related to these Official Rules or the Fly Away with CEA Spring 2011 promotion shall be brought in a federal or state court located in Maricopa County, Arizona and its jurisdiction.
