CEA GlobalCampus Summer & Fall 2008 $500 and $200 Discounts - Official Rules

Prize: A $500 or $200 reduction in program price (Prize) will be issued to each eligible student (Recipient) based on Eligibility requirements. Price reduction will be applied to the final program cost and cannot be allocated for application fee nor confirmation deposit. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by CEA, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value. The approximate retail value of the Prize shall not exceed $500 USD.

Eligibility:

• $500 Discount Prize - All students who apply or begin an application between February 27, 2008 and March 11, 2008 to a CEA 2008 Fall semester or Year program at a CEA GlobalCampus and place the promotional code GCFall2008 on their application on or before March 11, 2008 will receive a Prize worth a $500 discount to their final program price.
• $200 Discount Prize - All students who apply or begin an application between February 27, 2008 and March 11, 2008 to a CEA 2008 Summer program at a CEA GlobalCampus and place the promotional code GCSummer2008 on their application on or before March 11, 2008 will receive a Prize worth a $200 discount to their final program price.

Not valid with any other promotional offers or discounts. May not be retroactively applied to any previous applications to these programs.

Determination of Recipients: Each student who meets eligibility requirements will receive a Prize. Recipients will be determined according to the promotional code being entered on the application on or before March 11, 2008 which is time stamped by CEA. This time is according to the Pacific Time Zone and the time stamp from CEA's system. Paper applications will be date stamped on the day they are received for processing. The time/date stamp issued by CEA will be used in determining Recipients. CEA is not responsible for technical difficulties and shall not be liable for early, late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to submit an application or enter promotional code.

Notification: Recipients will be notified by phone or email on or before April 11, 2008.

Publicity: *Except where prohibited, by applying to one of the specified programs and using the promotional code, Recipients agree that CEA and any advertising or promotion company CEA selects, may use Recipients' names, likenesses, and additional information concerning the Recipients, such as hometowns and states, for CEA's advertising purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation. By using the promotional code, Recipients agree that CEA may, in its sole discretion, (a) notify Recipients' colleges that the applicants are Recipients, (b) send out press releases, and (c) announce the Recipients in the CEA Study Abroad e-newsletter. CEA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of this discount offer, or in the announcement of Recipients.

Release: CEA assumes no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages or injuries resulting from participating in this promotion or receiving, accepting, or utilizing a Prize. By receiving, accepting, or utilizing a Prize, Recipients agree to release and hold harmless CEA and its employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from and against any and all losses, claims, injuries, causes of action and damages (including, without limitation, direct, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary or punitive damages) arising out of or related to participation in CEA's promotion or the acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of the Prize.

Disputes: Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the meaning and interpretation of these Official Rules, the administration of this promotion, the determination of Recipients, the award of a Prize or the rights and obligations of any Recipient and CEA concerning a Prize, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Furthermore, any action or proceeding arising from or related to these Official Rules shall be brought in a federal or state court located in Maricopa County, Arizona and its jurisdiction.
