Interviewing at CEA

Interviewing at CEA

What to Expect

No two days are the same at CEA Global Education. The ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, personalities and cultures with a smile is a highly valued character trait at CEA. Consequently, we go to great lengths to ensure applicants are a good fit with our company culture. Collaboration is key to an employee's success at CEA, as well as the drive to continually seek out ways to serve our students and universities – better.

To get started, we ask applicants to submit a cover letter and resume. (Hey, we're an education provider.) If you meet the position's initial requirements, you'll be asked to fill out a more in-depth Qualification Form. If we think you're a good candidate, a phone interview will follow.

When a hiring manager has narrowed his/her search down to 3 or 4 candidates, we'll schedule in-person interviews so that the rest of the team can meet you. This is your opportunity to really 'Wow!' us, so we'll be disappointed if you don't bring it.

  • Be prepared to meet with 6 to 8 CEA employees from different departments of the company.
  • Be prepared to give specific details about past work experiences and situations.
  • Research the company and come with questions to ask about the position and the role you may play if you join the team.
  • Review specific examples from your past about how and why you will make a difference at CEA.
  • Talk to your references and let them know you are interviewing – we will check with each of your former supervisors.
  • Let your passion for International Education shine through – we do!
