Payment Plans

A CEA Payment Plan stands as a viable option for students looking to fulfill their study abroad program expenses in a timely and successful manner. We understand the complexities that can arise from large financial commitments and as such, offer you our payment plan option to ensure both simplicity and flexibility when paying for your CEA experience abroad.

Payment Plan Parameters

	Plan includes all amounts paid out of pocket by students (financial aid and direct bill items considered separately)
	Payments must be set for specific amounts and set on specific dates in regular increments – monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, etc., adaptable to student needs
	Adjustments to a plan can be made as students accrue additional fees such as, housing upgrades, optional excursions, visa processing, etc.
	All Payment Plans must be fully executed (signed by Payer and CEA) and returned to CEA before the final payment due date for the student’s program.
	All payments must be paid in full a week before the program start date at the latest
	Late fees may be charged if students do not follow through with the agreed upon plan
