Step One: Let Us Know You're Interested!

Step Two: Apply Online

  • Once you have been approved by UWL or WSU to participate in the program, a CEA representative will contact you with details about enrolling in the program.
  • You will need to submit a completed application and $300 non-refundable confirmation deposit through your online MyCEA account by May 1, 2010.

Step Three: Finish the Paperwork

  • Your CEA advisor will assist you in ensuring you have all the necessary documents submitted before your program begins
